Our mission is to help individuals become assets in their homes, schools, and communities while building a foundation for lifelong growth.
The Syon Way empowers individuals everywhere through Mental Health Wellness, Financial Literacy, Life Skills, Leadership Development, Entrepreneurship Education, and Artificial Intelligence Education. Founded by Kareem L. McKnight, known as Coach K.L.M., and inspired by his son, Syon K. McKnight, The Syon Way partners with schools, families, and community organizations across diverse communities.
Our work focuses on building confident, emotionally strong, financially aware, purpose driven individuals prepared for real life decision making. Programs integrate mindset development, emotional regulation, leadership growth, practical financial education, and future focused AI learning in engaging, accessible ways that meet people where they are.
As a New York City Department of Education verified vendor and New York State certified Minority Business Enterprise, The Syon Way delivers workshops, assemblies, curriculum-based sessions, parent engagement experiences, and custom school anthems through Syon Music powered by Suno.
